Tectónico Arquitectura located in the evolving city of Querétaro was founded in the year of 2009 by architects Juan Cordova & Leonardo Centeno with the soul purpose of progressing their view of contemporary architecture through the symbiosis of two different minds, two different approaches to a common cause.

A simple idea behind the majority of their projects define their main approach to architecture; a massive, abstract, hard rock heavy element in direct contact to the ground deconstructs the first floor program, providing in this manner a pedestal for what will become a more explicit, art infused, rational form which will encompass the upper level functions.

Melomania,  passion for art, appreciation of food, awe at the eternal wisdom of nature, the joy of everyday life defines the philosophical line of this architectural studio which at times seems to care about every other thing but architecture itself; in the end every project meets end. As they say: It is what it is.
